I'm Tina and i'm Iranian. I want to tell you that Iran IS NOT the country that most of the people think. I know that most of the people all over the world think that Iran in a dangerous country just because of something that they heard about Iran. Iran's government has some problems with the other governments specially America's government and because of that in most of the news talks very badly about Iran. Iranians are so sad about this because they say that the new government is destroying Iran. You know, Iran is a 2000 years country and it has a strong culture. Don't see the Iranians that immigrate to your country because most of them change when they immigrate, but if you come to Iran you'll see how Iranians are good people. I don't say these just because i'm Iranian, i say these because they're reality. Iran is so beautiful and nice,specially Tehran. Tehran is one of the biggest city all over the world and it has beautiful places. Tehran's nights are famous because it's SO BEAUTIFUL. If you come to Iran i offer to you that visit Milad tower and Bame Tehran. Milade Noor, Tirazhe, and Tandis are good places for shopping. you can also visit the other towns like Shiraz, Isfahan, Gilan and the best island in iran, Kish. this island is very good for foreigner. I love Kish!

im so glad 2 c so many pple r interested in iran..my dad is iranian and im from london??i just visited iran 2 yrs ago and can not explain how good it was and im going bak 2 tehran again this march for the 4th time in 2yrs if any one is interested i would be happy 2 help them as i know little iranian :p..country its safer for girls than boys i guess i had no prob wat so ever and food was great v organic and pple are extremely friendly...so many places 2 visit u can head 2 the beach and have a lovely tan wid a tem around 30 all year around in south of iran or at the same time u can go skiing just few hours drive in east how cool is dat??

Yes, I'm from the US which has excellent medical facilities. The problems is that those facilities are not available to all Americans. In this country only the wealthy have access to medical care, the poor not only have substandard care (if they're lucky to get that) usually people go without medical care in this country. Many people go without medical care in the US!!!!!

I been there...I cycled last year from Hamburg to Sri Lanka via Turkey and Iran...nearly 99% of the trip I was camping alone outside...only with a tent...and actually Iran was a place where I felt totally save and welcomed...they r beautiful people...the hospitality is just great! and I cant wait to go back there...so just go there, see yourself and enjoy this great country!!!

I'm tired of them all. They usually don't know wtf they're talking about, but are quite (unethically) comfortable lying their ignorant lungs out.

My girlfriend and I are training through India this coming year, through Azerbaijan, Iran, Pakistan and Afghanistan. We're going to see FOR OURSELVES that the people "on the ground" over there are as sweet and peace-loving as anyone else.

These poor people are under an unprecidented regime from the west and I'd be PISSED OFF TOO! Families killed without reason, homes burning... Think about that.
On the other hand, MOST of the people over there are today more interested in buying a puppy for their beloved son than kidnapping a white-skinned blonde to "get back"!

Right now I've got MAJOR GRIEF from my gf's family and others around us regarding their fears and anticipations.
I've lived in Kuwait for 5 years and am subsequently both familiar and very pleased with WHO ARABS ARE. They are a hospitable, well-educated, good-willed people who have no time for nonsense.
Unfortunately no one is hearing that. ...too much indoctrination from the f*king TELEVISION (root of all evil, eh?)...

Anyone who can take some time to correspond with me is more than welcome to.
I need someone - or something - to help me pacify these fearful people: my gf's mother specifically. We're going to take this trip either way, but I would feel happier if SHE felt happier, before we left.

I am asking for messages and stories of hope and joy from anyone who has BEEN THERE and SEEN IT FOR THEMSELVES.

Anyone who hasn't, who brings fear to my doorstep, can go swiftly "downstairs"... I'm tired of your sh*t. You're a PART of the evil war machine, just by the way you keep your mind.

We will walk in peace and love and joy, and I have NO DOUBT (call it faith?) that we will be received by the countries and the peoples in the same way.

Hi, I am an Iranian back after 35 years....

You would have no problem whatsoever coming to Iran, I am too well traveled and have been touring Esfehan, Shiraz, and will be going to Kashan, and Abyaneh, when I walk into some of these monuments my mouth dropps, it is amazing here, I love it...I have met some tour guides that speak english and french, and are fabulous, knowledegable and most of all passionate about iran.....

I am collecting their contact info...will be back in US in two weeks hope to put my pics. on FB, email me if you want to contact them direct via email, best way to book tours, or have them arrange things, these two to three people are great...and cheap, I have been paying 4.00 an hour for personal tours...one is taking me on the bus to Kashan, and will be hanging out with me for two days and showing me around, will have his own accomadation, but is fabulous.... email me if you want info.... unfortunaltely they are not upkeeping these sites, and some are falling apart sadly so I recomment for you to go, you will not have any problems....but is best to email these three tour guides I have met, they will tell you more, I am hopeing to take my american boyfriend back with me next year, is more amazing than Istanbul, aside from the Islamic thing is an amazing country to see, if you are into architecutre, culture and music....go for it..... mshayegi@kw.com....thx.
