well what i think is this that you must search about this from different sites or you must ask about such kind of nformations from your repective agent he/she can guide you more appropriately and in this way you can have a better place to stay......and to enjoy....smile:)....
Hi,

I'm pleased to inform you that I have a special offer for my newly established hostel (villa) in Caspian Sea which is a 100% free round trip luxury bus ticket fr om Tehran.

If you decided to include Caspian Sea in your itinerary please let me know. You can easily spend a weekend in Caspian Sea and enjoy its lovely nature and of course fresh fish and other local dishes. You’ll get the chance to visit the hidden parts of Mazandaran Province (Caspian Sea) wh ere normally many travelers miss that.

The villa is located in a very peaceful village which is 15km from Mahmud Abad (Less than 4 hours drive from Tehran) ,500 meters from the beach and near 3 national parks.(Noor, Sisangan and Chamestan)
Further details: Rustic design, balcony, barbeque, private garden, wooden fireplace, internet access, easy access to local transport, markets and restaurants.

Rate: USD 40/person/night including breakfast

You can see few of its photos/comments on "trip advisor":
