Hi there,

I'm a Canadian currently residing in Iran and am looking for employment. I have a lot of experiencing in teaching English. I've tutored students at Humber College in Toronto, Canada. Since I've been in Iran (about 2 years now) I've taught IELTS, and Advanced English at various institutes in Qom (such as Jam Jahan Gostar, Danishmand Javan, Manzomeh Danesh, Farhang, etc.). I've also just begun to teach a Discussion class at the University of Qom. I have also taught various private classes.

My wife is a native speaker as well, having studied under the British education system. She has also taught at Jam Jahan Gostar for a year. She has taught various private classes to both adults and children.

We are also currently translating a book about the city of Qom, and will be editing a translation of Dr. Qariati's Exegesis of Surah Noor in the upcoming weeks. We are also translating a book entitled "40 questions children ask regarding God."

My wife and I have worked a lot with Sida va Sima Iran too. I currently have a radio program on Radio Maaref's English broadcast entitled "In the Presence of the Quran." We have also been guests on Sahar Tv's "U and Sahar" Telephone interview program, as well as other programs linked with this TV station.

The last thing I'd like to mention is that we are students at the Iranian Institute of Philosophy in Tehran, and are also enrolled in the University of London's External Programme (myself in a Bachelors of Divinity and my wife in a Bachelors of Business).

Essentially, the purpose of this email is to seek out employment in Tehran, along the lines of what I've mentioned above, since we will be moving to the capital within a few months.
