Well sure you can. just be discreet and don't get in trouble with the law. As long as you don't make out with someone on the street or hassle girls openly no one will bother you.

- Try to find your girl in parties or other 'not-public' areas. - Trying to flirt a girl in public will not be a good idea (in eyes of law or people) -Try Tehran, isfahan and Shiraz for better chances - Have fun |
