I'm planning on having rhinoplasty in Tehran as I've heard it's the best place to do so .. I am from Kuwait with Farsi origins which makes me look so much like the ladies there and I think they have the best experience on my face features but I still don't know who to go for and for how long would i be staying there ?

heey guys , dont go to dr naraghi his not plastic surgeon and he charged for me 10.000 dollar, his sick he is just good in marketing he think his best in iran, i hade nose my nose with dr shapoori and i had great result ,my mom had with dr safavi and perfect result 2, after we ask many ppl in tehran, shapoori and safavi are the best goodluck all

To all you fellas who are considering getting any kind of plastic surgery done in any foreign country (as in my opinion Iran is the Queen of plastic surgery in the world) , I would recommend you all not to. for major operations like rhinoplasty ,breast, chin or cheek augmentation there are some post care operations that needs to be done by your own surgeon after the procedure takes place(for the best result), sometime you face some problems after the operation things like infection in the area, tissue damage , your body doesnt accept the implant or the implant moves or body start reproducing tissue which happens in some cases or some other odd things that no doc wouldn't guess but the person who is done it , and if some of these problems are not taken care of properly in the right time there would be some serious irreversible unpleasant damages that you'll regret for the rest of your life,let me tell you about a personal experience, I myself had a rhinoplasty a few years back by one the best master plastic surgeons in Tehran, a few weeks after having the procedure done I started having discomfort and difficulty breathing so I went back to my doc and he had to inject something into very top of my nose where the actual bone is and this had to be done for like once a month for several months or I could breath. I have a prefect nose now and it came out just and exactly the way I wanted it to be (although I'm going to have it redone as I want a new look now), but lets say if I had just left the country right a week after the surgery I would have been probably blaming my doctor and talking sh** about him right now that he ruined my nose, apart from that since my nose was extremely think skin and masculine like an african nose but white, which is really hard to deal with for the most surgeons and not many of the would guaranty you a good result I was suppose to have a special ampul injected to the each side of my nose every two to three months for preventing the cells from reproducing new tissue and this went on for around a year and half,as we all know everybody's body react differently .... , so if you are going for a face lift or liposuction or fixing your teeth or smile then yea you should be fine but considering having major and life changing like rhinoplasty , face re-instruction penis augmentation, or even breast implants or chin or cheek augmentation done and then leave after a week, in my opinion it would be an extremely risky and unthoughtful idea so please reconsider unless you are willing to spend at least two to three months after the operation in the country, doctors dont care about you they want your money and they dont know what might happen to you the next week or the next month or they do but will not tell you and would just say yea you can go back to your country next week and everything will be okay, its juts a personal opinion and experience that I liked to share with you guys, and dont you ever forget that the beauty is in eye of the beholder , all the best , cheers

My cousin and my cousins best friend both got nose jobs from Dr Eslami he did marvelious work. They look great. Im more than likely going to get mine done with him.
