there are many people coming from everywhere to Tehran for these kinds of beauty surgeries, but most of them are Iranians living abroad or foreigners with Iranian families, friends or relevants. So you may find it a little bit dificult to figure it out.
I suggest you to find some doctors and keep in touch with them via email or telephone, of course all doctors do not use internet. but telephone would be a certain appropriate way. I may be able to help you if you tell me more about what kind of surgery you are looking forward.
I know a little about nose beauty surgeries, they do provide before and after images with computer software. the cost of normal nose surgeries is around 5000 USD. Dr.Safavi and Dr.Moltajji are well known in Tehran, but there more experienced doctors too.
