Thank you for your reply. You also mean Dr.Safavi in the Shariati Street right? Because I think they are 2 oft them. One of them is called Siavash Safavi and the other A.Safavi? But I'm not quite sure. What was the prename of your Dr.?

And didn't you see any pictures of his work neither? Was it your first operation on your nose?

Do you know if he is also good in reconstructive surgery because he has to fix my nose again and that could be quite difficult due to the horrible work of Dr.Haghgozar.

Could you be so nice and maybe send me a picture of your nose? Pre and after pictures? I'm not a sick person who wants to have pictures of strange people. I just want to see the nose that's all. That would be ver very very helpful.

thats right i mean siavash safavi in shariati street.he is also very perfect on reconstructive surguries and i can just say that having an operation under his hands have the lowest risk.he may seem a little serious person when you meet him but he has a kind heart.unfortunately i dont have a clear photo of my nose before my operation to show you but i will check to see if i can find an obvious one.the doctor dosnt show you any pictures but you can see his patients in his office and talk with them.dr also shows you how your nose will look after operation on a photo and does your nose very very similar to that(more than 90 percent).he did mine exactly how he showed me before operation.at last i can say he is a professional surgeon trust him..

That's right Dr.Ghaisari is very good! my mother had her nose job with him 11 years ago after her nose was broken and nobody recognizes that her nose isn't 'real' because it looks so natural! He's expensive though

it is possible that every doctors make mistakes..for gods sake they are humans! but its important for anyone who is having a plastic surgery to choose an experienced doctor.there are great doctors in tehran such as dr majlesi,hafezi,zeinali,shirvani,gheisari,safavi,hagh gozar,farahvash and... that if you choose any of them the result would probably be nice.i myself operated my nose by doctor safavi and i am veryyy happy with that.every operation is a risk and the result is 50.50,and the result also depends on your nose or other parts of your face.so its better to talk with some doctors and see who is more experienced for your special type of nose.

I recommend you to go to dr.majlessi.He has many experiences and his nose job is perfect.

Dr.Majlessi is the best doctor in tehran.I recomand to go to Dr.Majlessi for your nose job. :D
