Hi, can anyone help. There seems to be so much written about plastic surgery in Tehran, but nothing has been written about how to go about getting it done there! Unless you're already in Iran. Anyway, I wanted advice from anyone who has had personal experience of plastic surgery in Tehran and recommend any surgeons, and practical things like, cost, how long would I need out there, and as Muslim women (on British passport) traveling alone, would it be possible. Are there any before and after photographs? Can someone please help me? Many thanks

you are very fishy!!! r u dr Naraghi? If not I tell some truth about dr Naraghi. He is a real charlatan introducing himself as a plastic surgeon. He is just a ENT and sinus surgeon.
I called many times to iranian medical council and asked about his specialty.They said he is just a otolaringologist not a plastic surgeon. for the sake of god please don't lie and introduce him something else. Goli |

hi guys
since i remember i had problems with how my nose looked like and i`m still sruggling with it but the fear of having an unsuccesfull surgury stoped me doing that for long time now i`m at the point of firm decision but unestly i really want the right dr who really cares about the patient basicly i want the very best surgon in iran .can anybody help me on that i`ll be gratefull. |

I agree with the responder saying that dr naraghi is not a plastic surgeon.It is very simple question,why dr naraghi represent himself as a plastic surgeon while he is an ENT and sinus surgeon?
he has to show himself to a psychiatrist. He had a nose surgery on my friend' nose with a terrible results.he got a lot of money from my friend and she is going to have a medical sue to dr naraghi and take him to court.. He pays a lot of money to some poeple to represent him as a plastic surgeon.(Farnaz and others). I don't recomend dr naraghi to anybody.Please call Iranian medical council and ask about his specialty. HE IS NOT A PLASTIC SURGEON. |

This answers was written by one person that wanna destroy Dr.naraghi, I thought this site could be helper for yonges but it's not, I wouldn't come here again, not only me, even all my friends that become really sorry for you, we found another site that wasn't full of sick persons(in reality one person)
wrote any thing you want even Dr.naraghi's soul didn't know and try to growth every min. Really poor! I can't say how beautiful my nose is now! I just wanna to help youngs, I won't come here again, but I could answer any aspect, and my friends too that had surgery with another doctors. |

I had my operation with Dr Lajevardi about 3 years ago. Since then 3 of my friends have had nose jobs done with him. We all very happy with our results. Each of the noses he has done is different but each one suits the face very well and they looks very natural. I strongly recommend to consult him for an opinion if you are thinking of having plastic surgery in Tehran. You can find his details on his website.

I have had it 36 days ago and now one side of it is bigger than another one that make my nose lean, my doctor said it is only swell that would be gone, is he right? I don't know why people on this site keep stating that ENT's aren't plastic surgeons. This doesn't make any sense whatsoever, in fact ENT surgeons trained in Plastic Surgery are the best surgeons to have your Nose job done. Not only will they correct the shape of your nose but they will also correct any issues you have with breathing. Technically, they are the best surgeons to perform rhinoplasty, given that you go to an experienced doctor. And also who says board certified surgeons perform the best nose jobs, just because you are board certified doesn't necessarily mean you'll perform good surgeries on the nose. There are so many surgeons in iran that have their board certification and they claim that only doctors with board certifications can perform proper nose jobs, this is completely false because so many of them perform horrible surgeries on the nose. Dr. faravash, dr. moltaji, dr. javadi and many others spend a lot of money constantly advertising about themselves. If these surgeons spent less time advertising and more time training then they might be able to perform nice surgeries instead of * up people's noses. Also make sure your first surgery is your last one, because once you have your nose done there is scar tissue that forms and so if you need to have it redone it will be more difficult for the doctor to fix the nose a second time around. Honestly the only way to find a good surgeon is to go to iran and directly talk to people who have had the surgery done. Talk to friends, relatives and even random people on the street. Also when you make an appointment to see the doctor talk to the people in the waiting room and see what they say, or even talk to the patients themselves. And by the way usually the doctors that don't advertise are truly the best ones. Hope this helps.

Can any body recommend me a good real plastic surgeon.I searched about dr naraghi but unfortunately he is not a plastic surgeon .He is an ENT and sinus surgeon.
