I can tell you only DONT GO TO DR. JAVADI!
I had nose surgery, eye lid surgery and cheek augmentation at him. He ruined my whole face! He made my nose longer and pointy like a witch he implanted something artificial without asking and informing me making my nosetip longer than before! When i smile the tip goes down and look so ugly and long! I cannot breath anymore and my nose is crooked! One nose hole is bigger than the other. My eyes are assymetric and there are large scars at the edges. The cheeks were fat and hurt! my German physician told me he has done * work i had to pay money to remove the implants. i want to help ypu please if you dont want to loose a lot of money and look uglier than before DONT GO TO DR. JAVADI!!

That is horrible. Moltaji is the worst surgeon you can ever find. He is just very famous because he charges over 10 million tomans and many people say they had it done by him to say they are rich but they lie and he is VERY BAD! and will totally ruin your face. Don't go to him!
